Custom or monogrammed items cannot be returned unless defective (see Section 5.3).

Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order.

3.4 Shipping

We offer:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days
• Free Shipping: EMS for orders over $50, 15-25 business days

We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

4.2 Product Designs

Our equestrian products contain proprietary designs. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused with original tags attached
• Includes original packaging
• Not listed as non-returnable (see 5.3)

5.2 Return Process

Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Saddle pads (all types)
• Custom/monogrammed products
• Leather goods showing wear
• Items not in original condition

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Product Use

Our equestrian products are designed for proper use with horses. We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use.

We strive to keep our site available but are not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical issues.
